We do much more than physical therapy. Our team is made up of doctors of physical therapy, acupuncturists, chiropractors and sports specialists. We offer many of the latest innovative treatments to help you get back on your feet.
Schedule Your First Appointment
Contact us to schedule an initial evaluation. We’ll have a phone call to figure out what you need and how we can help. Once scheduled, you’ll receive all necessary paperwork via email or text—whichever you prefer. No need to fill out forms in the waiting room.
You’ll receive a call or text the night before your appointment to confirm once more, and to see if you have any questions.

Insurance Verification Within 12 Hours
You don’t need a referral, and we’ll contact your insurance to verify that your treatments will be covered before your first session. We’ll explain clearly what’s covered—no surprises, ever.
We contact you within 12 hours to let you know:
- Your physical therapy coverage
- Any out-of-pocket costs
- Your deductible + co-pay/co-insurance details
No hidden fees. No unexpected bills. Ever.
At REPAIR SI, we are in partnership with most major PPO insurance plans in California, as well as HSO, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. Many patients still receive care affordably, even out-of-network.
STEP 2
Guaranteed Specialist Appointment Within 24 Hours
We move fast, because you need answers and relief now. You’ll be seen by a licensed specialist within one business day. Here are a few tips to help you get ready for your first session:
- Save some time during your initial evaluation by filling out your new patient intake forms online.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first day.
- Bring your ID and insurance card (if you have one) to your first appointment.
- Bring any prescription information, patient forms, and accident claims/workers’ comp paperwork that is applicable to your injury.
- Bring a water bottle, as we have an ionized water machine you can use.
